Small Group Q&A with Jason Gordon

Question: What is your biggest fear about hosting a group?

Jason: Stepping out and being a leader! Making sure everyone feels welcome and that their needs are met by having conversations and spending time with one another. There's not just one main thing that's the secret to success, you just have to be there and let people know they are welcome.

Question: What's your fondest memory of being in a small group?

Jason: Getting to know new people and being able to spend time with them, and the conversations we had! When you get in to a small group you are able to really get into what you are discussing and can ask more questions than when in a large setting. I think people are more willing to talk and share in a small group setting.
