B. BEGIN TODAY

R. REFUSE TO BLAME OTHERS

E. EXAMINE MY LIFE

A.      ASK CHRIST TO TAKE OVER MY LIFE

“Do not let sin control your body any longer; do not give in to its sinful desires. but give yourselves completely to God—every part of you—to be used for His good purposes.” Romans 6:12-13

K. KEEP AWAY FROM TEMPTATION

“Let us be Christ’s men from head to foot, and give no chances to the flesh to have its fling.” Romans 13:14b (Phillips)

F. FOCUS ON SOMETHING BETTER

R. RESTORE BROKEN RELATIONSHIPS

E. ENLIST A SUPPORT GROUP

“Two people are better than one because together…If one falls, the other can help his friend get up. But how tragic it is for the one who is all alone when he falls. There is no one to help him get up.” Ecclesiastes 4:9a-10 (GNT)

E. EXTEND MYSELF TO OTHERS

“He helps us in all our troubles, so that we are able to help others who have all kinds of troubles, using the same help that we ourselves have received from God.” 2 Corinthians 1:4 (GNT)
