Capital Life Groups are the small groups ministries of Capital Christian Center. Approximately sixty different
groups all over Olympia, Lacey, Tumwater, and Shelton meet twice a month to learn and discuss current issues
as presented by Pastor Dave on DVD, and to build and maintain strong, effective friendships. Capital Life
Groups is the next step for sincere Christians seeking to grow in their walk with God. No other environment
so strengthens and nurtures the child of God with wise counsel, accountability, and honest, significant
relationships. Capital Life Groups is not just another Church program – it is the heartbeat of Church life!
In a small group setting new relationships are formed, relationship with God is enhanced, and the community
of the Church grows. Capital Life Groups are small groups of 6-12 people who meet together twice per month for
relationship connection and a DVD teaching by Pastor Dave Minton. All of the groups follow the same DVD sessions,
so every member can be in touch with current church issues.
Our vision is to build a network of small groups that meet throughout the week in every area of South Puget
Sound. We would love to introduce you to one of our established Capital Life Groups in your area.
There are five different group types
each one follows the basic format of viewing the DVD teaching, discussing the issues that are presented,
applying the teaching to life, and building friendships. The various group types are:
- General groups
- Men’s groups
- Women’s groups
- Couple’s groups
- Special groups (Parenting, sports, youth, foster care, families, etc.)
